        I think crowd1 must amend their policy so that if a person feels like to leave them without using their packages must do so because some of us we do reap what we are promised in this investment we feels like being scammed and deceived for joining this investigation so please allow those who want to leave to do so and payback their money like other legitimate investments businesses in order to play fair.I need my money.

            It appears as though you purchased a Gift Code from someone unaffiliated with Crowd1. I would do what they suggest and reach out to the Gift Code seller. Although, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to get a refund at this point. I recommend contacting your bank and explaining the situation; they may be able to help you out.

Hi one thing that pisses us about this is that we invested “so called purchasing educational…” and we get very,very low returns ,for example if you paid 99euros you earn 0.58 after waiting so long….one thing that was supposed to be done from the get go was to tells us that if we didn’t recruit we were not to be paid …what can I do with R11,19 from R1800 this is disrespectful honestly we need refund

        Someone who hacked my G-mail and Crowd 1 account tried to cancel my C1 account and did it.
        But he/she couldn’t receive refund.Because, before he/she requested to cancel,he/she had entered to my account and took Event Ticket(Miggster) and therefore Support Team said you used product , and then I realized this situation and I reported to C1 Support Team.I said I didn’t have any info, someone else did it but they said that İt is impossible to reopen your account or refund.
        I m victim sir,Could you help me.
        How can I open my account or refund.
        İt is so difficult to earn 300 euro I’m my country.
        I have nothing to do with any of these events.

        1. If someone hacked your account and violated the refund terms, then your refund is entirely dependent on whether or not the crowd1 wants to honor your request. While that really sucks, it sounds like they are within their rights to refuse a refund. There is no way to actually prove you didn’t use their product, after all.

          I would suggest reaching out to your bank instead. They may be able to give you a credit refund if you explain your situation.

  5. Contact and all of the pages are not working right i feel they have just got our money and thats it instead of getting good money from them so mad at them we need our money back

But since cryptocurrency can not be refunded nor chargeback, your money is likely lost forever. Still, it never hurts to try.
